Masjid Appeal

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, “Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah – be it large or small – Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” [Sunan al-Tirmidhi)

The role of the Masjid has always been instrumental in the social, moral and educational uplifting of the Muslim community.  In Prophetic times the Masjid was not only a place of sanctuary and prayer but also a thriving educational institution and lay at the heart of the society.

Children of Adam has a dedicated Masjid Construction Project Team and we like donors of Masjids to be fully involved in the project from sharing with them the initial plans for a Masjid to construction and completion.

By donating in the way of a Masjid makes an excellent form of sadaqa jaariya for loved ones (including those who have passed away)

The Masjid costs starts from £8,500 in Pakistan,

£8,500 helps build one Small Masjid which accommodates up to 150 worshippers at a time.

£15,000 helps build a Large Masjid which accommodates up to 400 worshippers at a time.
